Log into back end. 

Control Panel/JComments
Publish any appropriate comments.  Delete any inappropriate comments.

Control Panel/Maintenance
Check that Joomla is up to date.  If not, do a backup if necessary, then update.  Purge Cache. Record.

Check that all Extensions are up to date and update if necessary, then purge cache. Record dates in maintenance notes.

From time to time

Click on Extension Manager: Update/Update Sites
Check that all updates are enabled, or delete any no longer needed.

Article Updates

GCalendar is updated by Course Manager and Timetable is updated by Admin 2.
Treasurer supplies info about Subscription renewal towards end of financial year, and Financial Report annually.  Chair report is provided annually.
Minutes and newsletters are uploaded when received by Admin 2.
New course information is uploaded by Admin 2.

The articles regularly updated by Admin 1 are Help and Practice, Digital Imagery Group and Club Day.  Following any of these events, post new information about the forthcoming one.

In addition, the Tutors Only area requires regular replacement of Membership List for Tutors.  The Tutors’s Contact List needs replacing intermittently.  These are supplied by SNAP Administrator.
