Log into cPanel https://ns2.tpnet.co.nz:2083/

You will see the disk space usage and it’s useful to note that for before/after comparison. Note down what you’re doing as you go.

Backup Wizard/Backup/Full Backup/Generate Backup. (optionally send an email when backup is complete). Time taken is dependent on your Internet speed – 10 minutes or more.  Return to backup wizard and select the latest backup and download it.

We use 3 Flash Drives, always deleting the oldest backup and replacing it with the current one.  Format the oldest drive then copy the new backup to it and label it.

Return to CPanel/File Manager/Home/ Delete oldest backup – leaving only 3. Choose “skip trash & permanently delete”. You can recheck disk usage on the home page. Refresh and it should tally. Log out of CPanel

Upload the backup file to Seniornet Nelson’s Google Drive.  This can take some time. Delete the oldest backup file from Google Drive, then log out.
