- Liaise with Admin 1 at all times and cover when required
- Maintain WDSharespace uploads to Google Drive
- Maintain SeniorNet Nelson Document backup to Google Drive.
Website Content
- Set up a new Timetable at the beginning of each year.
- Add courses and events to the TimeTable from the Calendars, as provided by the Course Manager.
- Update the TimeTable weekly before the Thursday email reminder.
- Edit and enhance the site content as required
- Update existing articles, tables, and other documents on the website from information provided.
- Decide on protocols for article layouts.
- Update information for Tutors Only section.
- Upload the latest SeniorNet Nelson, Gizmoe and Crime Watch newsletters
- Upload reports sent by Interest Groups.
- Publish new articles, images, news items, menus and links from information provided.
Other Website jobs
- Research improvements for the web site and implement requested changes.
- Educate users on how best to use the web site features.
- Troubleshoot intermittent technical problems with Admin 1.
- Encourage contributions from members to articles and images for site use.
Help Course Manager
- Set up the Learning Centre and Hall Calendars at the beginning of each year for the Course Manager, if helpful.
- Cover for Course Manager when required.
