Create/Edit Timetable

To make a new SeniorNet Nelson Timetable (Option 4 is my preferred option at the beginning of each year):

  1. - Create a new table from the JCE Editor from scratch (see below for instructions)
  2. - OR Create a new timetable in Microsoft Word (or similar program) from scratch
    - copy and paste it into a new Timetable article in Joomla (backend)
    - highlight the whole table and remove the formatting using the JCE Editor
    - modify/add any extra information and then reformat.
  3. - OR Copy and paste the current version from the SeniorNet Nelson website into Word
    - modify the information
    - copy and paste it back into the current Timetable article
    - remove the formatting and reformat
  4. - Save and Copy the whole Timetable article in Joomla
    - modify the information
    - copy and paste it back into the old article overriding the old information.
This is my preferred option because it saves reformatting, and reorganising the menu.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Click Save regularly. Check the view from the front end of the website by clicking the Refresh button.
