WWI - Their stories, our history

At our recent Club Day, Peter Millward, Chief Executive Officer of the Nelson Provincial Museum, delivered a presentation that provoked a great deal of interest among members. Peter talked about the Museum’s current World War I exhibition, which centres on the local population, their stories and our history.

He showed us the database on the Museum’s website, which features a huge amount of information on the brave young men and women from the Nelson/Tasman region, who participated in that War.
