Procedures for the Calendar Manager

Updated information supplied as available

  • Arranges the Course schedule in conjunction with the Tutors
  • Is responsible for the master list of courses scheduled
  • Liaises with Website Administrator over Timetable information
  • Enters information to the SeniorNet Nelson Calendar for Website Administrator to add to the Course Timetable on the website
  • Liaises with SNAP Administrators regarding compliance with course names on database
  • Liaises with Website Administrator regarding course descriptions on website

Reports to: Management Committee

Liaises with: Management Committee, Website Administrator, Tutors, SNAP Administrators and Group Convenors.
