Procedures for the Members' Meeting Co-ordinator

  • Arranges door staff and tea-making staff for meetings
  • Sets up the hall before meetings  ensuring safe placement of furniture and equipment.
  • Greets members on arrival and deals with any requests.
  • Prior to a meeting, gives the audience Emergency Evacuation instructions, and other keep safe advice.
  • During the meeting monitors the door to greet late arrivals.
  • Arranges all meeting speakers
  • Arranges open days collaboratively
  • Sends reminders before Members' Meetings
