HELP & PRACTICE ROUTINES
Information for helpers

We would appreciate it if  HELPERS could please:

  • Be at the rooms at 1.30pm to assist with setting up chairs, tables etc, so we are ready by 2pm when people arrive.
  • Write a brief comment in the record book as you help a member.
  • Try to limit your time with one person to 30mins, especially if there are others waiting for help.
  • Before leaving, help replace chairs & tables as found, turn off lights & heaters, put away the tea things & tidy the kitchen etc.

We rely on volunteer helpers, and are extremely grateful to those who continue to turn up to most sessions. Anyone who can come, even for part of the time, is most welcome. If you would like to help, just turn up to a session and speak to a convenor.
